Orihime needs someone to get some food for her and the baby XD she chose Ulquiorra XD (Ishida will come in later in the next 6 or 7 pages ) Lol Mamoru knows about Orihime's cooking so he was bothered by her offer XD And Rukia knew about it too and didn't want her baby to not eat (cuz if he doesn't like his food he won't eat) and so she lied to Orihime and told her they haven't gone grocery shopping xD She left some money for Orihime though xD
