Here's the description of it which i copied from the Vid:

• Story Arc •

Rukia, after being approached by two strange figures and being 'sliced' at the neck by a scythe, is unconscious and is in a vegetable-type state. As she 'dreams' - per se - she is at first scared and lonely and wants to awaken right away, but she soon runs into someone in her dreams. His name is revealed to be 'Ichigo' but he refers to himself as Rukia's mind.
As time goes on and as Rukia and Ichigo spend more and more time together in her dreams, she falls in love with him. Ichigo falls in love with Rukia as well and he tells her 'I will wake Rukia up from this nightmare one day. Though I will lose my life in awakening her, I will protect Rukia from all the bad things.'
But Rukia had a different idea; she no longer wished to awaken from her unconscious state. She wanted to stay with Ichigo forever; she loved her dream world and didn't want to awaken. Ichigo was upset to know that she wanted this and argued with her that it would be better for her to be alive and moving around.
She still did not easily bend to his words; she didn't comply at all. And now, even more saddened, Ichigo left Rukia.
He was gone for a long while and Rukia began to worry about him. She searched and searched for him and when she finally caught sight of him she opened her mouth to scold him but he spoke before her 'Rukia ... I'm going to save Rukia'
And with that, the world suddenly disappeared.
The next thing Rukia saw was the sky and she knew what had happened at once. She looked around her but she could not see anybody close by. She listened closely but there was nothing to be heard. Even her mind was silent.
She knew what had occured then and started to panic. Ichigo was gone. He had given up his own life just to save her from her dreams; from her coma condition. Guilty that she had taken ones life to protect her own, she took her sword and killed herself.

Knowing that im a huge tragedy/angst lover I immediately fell in love with this and drew something for it
